ViewSonic announced on Thursday it is now shipping its first PC, the VPC100, which was first announced at the start of the year. The PC sports an 18.5-inch LCD with a 1366×768 resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio. The processing components are fitted into the same, 1.4-inch thick case, including the 1.6GHz Intel Atom CPU, 1GB of RAM and 160GB hard drive, which comes preloaded with Windows XP Home.

There is also a built-in DVD drive, a 4-in-1 card reader, four USB 2.0 ports and an integrated Wi-Fi connection in addition to wired gigabit Ethernet. Users also get a 1.3-megapixel camera and a pair of 2.5W speakers. A full-size keyboard and optical mouse are included.
The VPC100 All-in-One PC is available now, priced at $599.
